Camille Payne, APRN

Camille is very monotoned. She doesn't remember things that you may have said in the last session. She keeps the conversation short. Camille doesn't show concern if you voice you're in need of help and are feeling down. She never remembers my preferred pharmacy despite myself filling out intake work with the corrected pharmacy multiple times. I made an appointment with Camille but her staff weren't aware of it and called me expecting me to speak with her the day of. I was at work. They text messaged me as well wanting to meet and asking for information I've given them already. The office is disorganized. I have a prescription through Camille and she decided to stop it cold turkey. I had an awful few days and was left feeling blindsided and immensely sad. The medication helps keep my mood level and since I was off it, it made my depression and anxiety rear it's ugly head. She made me feel small and I will be finding a new provider. She was okay for ADHD testing but that was all.

Saved my life since 2020 when no one was seeing new clients and she squeezed me. Since then my life has been changing with our sessions. Highly recommended!

Providers like her are why people who struggle with mental health are skeptical about seeking treatment. Her approach is very harsh; not warm at all. She came across as agitated when I voiced concerns about medication or actively participated in my own treatment. I was even told that I was “doing too much.” She was always late to our telehealth sessions which of course resulted in them being cut short. She refused to give me my records despite several requests, and also refused to refer me for further assessment.
