Worst experience of my life, most disrespect women I have ever talked to, complete degraded me. Called me stupid, restarted, and that my stupid thinking is anxiety and that i am a sociopath. Honesty amazed she has a license.

Dr. Ference exacerbated the situation, ignored everything I said, spoke over me and interrupted me constantly. Dr. Ference jumped to her own conclusions without even listening to anything I had to say. Made me cry in the office and then actually laughed at the pain she was causing me. This woman has no empathy. Avoid at all costs.

Patients files are left unattended in a separate office completely alone where people first walk into the lobby. Cell Phone is constantly going off during sessions and even answers calls during session to schedule appointments. Patient/session notes are written down on post-it notes and people came and interrupted twice during my session due to bad scheduling. I was very disappointed.

Very unprofessional in my opinion. Belittled my son, his choices, and his responses during our visit. Did not show any interest in hearing our story, just jumped to her own conclusions
