We took our 18-year-old son here to get counseling, our insurance provides 100% coverage for counseling and mental health. We verified that they accepted our insurance, and after several visits like $300 dollars’ worth, and NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER we were told they don't accept our insurance anymore. We received absolutely no invoice EVER, only a few phone calls. They sent my son to collection over $300 dollars!!!! I had to tell the collection agency that I received absolutely no invoice ever,
