I have been going to Dr. Chung for over 15 years. I will use her even when she was not able to take our insurance because she is that good. Our daughter had vision problems and she worked with her Opthamologist to get her vision correct. She is really good at listening to your needs and takes her time. Would highly recommment

21 days ago my wife went there for her contact prescription. When she received her trial contacts the left eye was blurry. When we called the office no one answers. When we left a message with our issue they never returned our call. I left 4 messages and never got a call back. When we finally made a return appointment they didn't inform my wife she needed to bring her trial contacts, se we had to make yet another appointment. I have never been so frustrated with such poor service.
