The wait was awful. I arrived 10 mins early as requested. My paperwork, which I was asked to return via the SASE, had not arrived. I think it would have been better if I had been asked to bring it with me. My appointment was at 10. I was called back at 11:35. My nurse practitioner offered no apology nor excuse, just a warm greeting. I was highly agitated.

As a male I thought talking to a female doctor would be uncomfortable. I was wrong. She was very nice and made me feel as I could be open about my situation.

I've been a patient there for a long time. My pcp recently retired so I have to find someone else in the office to take over that responsibility. The NP I saw was personable and informative. I've seen several people in the office and have no issues with any of them.
