This doctor diagnosed a highly successful student with SEVERAL disabilities and recommended the school keep her IEP. Based on everything that was tested, the school psych. and teachers had a hard time understanding how she got the results. The student never showed these characteristics at school and it was not appropriate to step out of her field and "recommend" what the school should do because the student is highly successful and she sent test results, but not what test being used..invalid!
