All around great experience
Has always been prompt for appointments. I have been a patient of his on and off for 20 years. Meaning it could be 5 years before I see him for some specific situational depression et cetera.

Over the years I have had a few therapists, some good and some not so much. While I was managing, I did find that I was struggling with managing stress and my anxiety, so a friend recommended Dr. Whitney. Suddenly I had this realization that this is what therapy is supposed to be. I realized what it is like to really click with a therapist. It was the first time that I felt truly understood and listened to. He was extremely kind and accommodating with my financial situation. I am extremely grateful to have seen Dr. Whitney when I did. I have been busy and moved further away so I haven't seen him lately, but I plan on going back when I can since I now know what it is like to find the right therapist for me.
