My grandson was evaluated for autism. Several times my daughter has called and was told a copy would be mailed out by Friday of that week. My grandsons med provider and counselor have both asked Several times. This has been going on for over 6 months and still not received a copy. As well as other medical providers are not able to get him to respond. Would never recommend going here if you need physical proof. We are now reporting this to the medical board. Because by law a provider has 30 days to release medical records to you when requested. I know this because I'm also in the medical field.

The visit was fine but now it's been months and he is ignoring my calls, and won't send my evaluation to the surgeon. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. I even went up to the office and sat for 30 mins first thing in the morning and no one even opened the office.
