Brooke, NP is knowledgable and experienced in dermatology, but if you want someone warm and friendly, that's not her. There was a sense of paternalism and I did not feel like she was really listening to me. She came in, asked me questions about a medication, told me what I had and gave suggestions, and looked at my head/hair briefly.
