I received prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate care from Brooke Moss and the staff assisting her at my appointment. She laid out a treatment plan with clear and concise instructions and answered my questions in plain language without being rushed.

We had three visits. The first visit we checked in and we’re told she was going to be late. We waited 15 minutes then we were told she was not coming in and we would need to reschedule. The second visit went fine but the follow up visit was awful. She was cold, visibly annoyed with any questions and almost rude. We will not be back. We will find another dermatologist with better people skills.

Bedside manner needs improvement, provider was relatively cold/non-empathetic, ageist, and attempted to push unneccesary pharmaceuticals on patient, despite clear indication that patient was uninterested and seeking alernative options.

Brooke was very professional, friendly and listened to me. Would definitely recommend her

I made an appointment over the phone explaining my needs. I received a text message confirming my appt. I went to the appointment only to be told the provider was at a funeral. No one called me or sent a text to reschedule. At my 2nd appt not until I was in the exam room was I informed that I would have to self pay because insurance doesn't cover removing sun spots. That's fine but I feel they should of communicated that beforehand. This office needs to work on their communication skills with clients. Not only did I drive 25 miles but gas is $4.49 a gallon.
