Untrustworthy
I would have given them 0 stars but that's not possible. Brooke Lockwood Cole (after being of little to no help to me) decided to charge me for visits she canceled last minute or no-showed. When I sent Otter Creek proof of this, they said that it was not the first time she did this to a patient and they would deal with it. 3 months later they turned it over to collections even though the visits she no-showed were my only unpaid bill.
