Have had many therapist over last 45 years so not new to therapy. Starting working with Brittney a few months ago albeit virtual visits. My doctor from Swedish Health System put me in touch with her because I was having relentless insomnia. I like her approach and she certainly has helped me. She is sincere and easy to talk with and along with talk therapy she has put me in touch with other helpful resources. Consider her one of the best I have worked with so yes, a high recommendation.
