I went to UTMB family medicine in Angleton for treatment (ear infection). I was prescribed ear drops. Within seconds started having an allergic reaction all over!! Called clinic immediately. Their response was we will have a nurse call you. 20 minutes later i called again with the same response with no concern for the allergic reaction. Only response i recieved is all nurses are in clinic. I asked if i needed to go back up there and i was told no. The nurse will call you later. It's procedure. Still no call....NO FOLLOW UP and its the next day. TERRIBLE!! That's all i have to say about this place other than their so called PROCEDURES will seriously hurt someone someday.
