Today I saw Mrs. Kershaw and went in with a list of questions and comprehensive lab test requests. Recently moving from Philadelphia to the area, I was worried that it would be an uphill battle. Not only was she open to my requests , she made suggestions and explained details I was unsure of. She didn't rush me and even after talking her ear off, as we were finishing she asked if I had any other questions or requests . It was nice to have a PA who actually listens and wants to help .
