Bridgett is amazing. I am truly going to miss working with her after I move to the East Coast. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I have grown tremendously over the course of our sessions together. She is down-to-earth, intelligent, funny, and kind. I really appreciated that she is not like a typical therapist who is serious and has a professional distance; Bridgett is warm and friendly, and treats you as an equal rather than as a patient. I have suffered from depression, chronic fatigue, bipolar disorder, and autoimmune diseases, and Bridgett is like a ray of sunshine in the darkness. I leave my sessions with her feeling lighter, inspired, and hopeful. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
