My first and only visit with Brianna was the worst I have ever had with a medical professional. She saw my underage daughter and only cared what my daughter had to say. She completely ignored what I had to say and only cared for the opinion of my daughter. Then she was claiming I said something I did not say and was getting argumentative with me. She walked out without even helping us. This was not only extremely upsetting but a huge waste of time. I was given a refund for my copay, but it still does not change the horrible experience we had. I was told she is new to the profession, but that is no excuse for her poor behavior. I have been coming to this Bardstown Medical for years, and I have never had this problem before. I made another appointment with Martina Mouser, also at Bardstown Medical, and no had problems. We were in a out in no time. Brianna needs to be re-trained on how to deal with patients and their needs.
