Fr0m start to finish my experience was exceptional. Lucy took me in for my first scan & was polite & caring. Nina took over & also very caring & attentive to my needs & questions. Last I saw Brianna Bates who went over all the scans, my script, answered all my questions 7 was very pleasant doing all this. Made my appointment for next year !!!

I am very pleased with Dr. Bates and her staff. They are professional and great listeners to address my questions and concerns. My eye exams have always been very thorough. This was my second visit with Dr. Bates and will come back for my eye checkup next year.

Dr. Bates gives excellent explanations accompanied by appropriate use of imaging. She is better than both of the Froedtert ophthalmologists that I previously had, and I liked both of them.
