“What do you want me to do about an ear infection over a phone” he asked me one question and told me It was ETD and that I needed to go in person. He showed no interest, actually felt like I was wasting his time. I didn’t have the ability to go in in-person at that time. It was an ear infection and it ended up erupting before I could get the right care. With his rude and abrupt demeanor I didn’t even have a chance to tell him I had blood coming out my ears. Very disappointing experience. I’ll stick with Dr. Ondamand.

As I said before. Brian's behavior was unbelievable, unprofessional, and was down right disgrace to the medical field.
