Office manager very unprofessional. Read my treatment and payment history infront of waiting room full of people with her back towards me, this does not comply with HIPAA. They kept my son attached to my file, who is over 18. She then demanded an inaccurate balance due at time of service that was not accurate when I refused to pay full amount because I knew balance was not being truly reflected I was refused treatment. I called to speak with someone above her but did not get a return call. Many appointments were not scheduled appropriately, the front office is often understaffed and overworked and it shows. I've since heard that Dr. Hester has been investigated due to shady billinging the past.
