I was a first time patient of chiropractic medicine and was fortunate enough to have Dr. Helland evaluate and treat me. X-rays were taken, reviewed with me and treatment began right away. Dr. Helland is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. I had a lot of issues to address and after two separate treatments my back pain was incredibly improved. I’ve returned a third time and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My body feels twenty years younger in just three visits. I highly recommend Dr. Helland for chiropractic evaluation and treatments. Don’t wait. Get in right away and feel better. I’m extremely glad I did. One of my best decisions ever!

I have been to Chiropractors since I was in High School, I'm now 67. At Powers Chiropractic Group, Brian and his staff are great and with a very busy schedule, it helps that I can walk in and out, usually within 20 to 30 minutes, and with no appointment. Brian explains what is wrong and is right on, knowing exactly what I need. He will tell me, that I might want to get back in for a follow up. I have always felt his practice is about the patient first.

I am sooo impressed. Care I have had elsewhere can't compare with the carefulness and personal care Dr. Helland gives. He found problems the others did not find. He recognized problems with the tailbone that the other doctors couldn't see. Dr. Helland takes special care to check every area of my back, neck and pelvis for inflammation and misalignment at every adjustment. He is also very gentle, unlike I have experienced elsewhere.
