On my first visit, I was nervous, But Dr Granek's nurse and staff made me feel better and explained to me what to expect and when it was my time to meet and be seen by Dr Granek he made me feel as if I've been knowing him. And my fear of eye doctors went away... Thanks to Dr Granek and his staff.. Yes, I will be returning... ??

Everyone is responsive to the patient's needs and desires. The office is modern, clean and has up to date technology. I have been a patient for many years and will continue to be one.

A must see (pun intended)
A terrific doctor who takes the time to get to know you. He answered all my questions and helped me with some concerns. He willing to meet me at his office on a weekend when I had something stuck in my eye. Saved me from an emergency room visit. He has helped others in my family as well. Can't say enough good things.

Yes, things have changed
I agree with another patient who says things have changed in Dr. Graneck's office. I have had to wait over 30 minutes for the last two visits because a patient who did not have an appointment was taken ahead of me. Profuse apologies from the doctor aside, why would a person who has an appointment be a lower priority than a walk-in? I have also sent email to Visionary Eye Care twice and have been ignored. The staff is very pleasant but their follow up is poor unless they want you to post a review. I am okay with masking in medical offices, but since the only truly effective protection against Omicron is an N95 or KN95 mask, (or at minimum a surgical mask) why is the doctor wearing a cloth face decoration with the company name printed on it? I was wearing a KN95. Graneck was pleasant as always but appears a little burnt out. Not sure if I will return.

Something has changed. Previously, service felt like five stars and I was treated like the most important person in the office—from focus and attention standpoints. However, this time I felt like a number—like just one of several “customers” being juggled at the same time. Although my temperature was taken prior to entry, there were no attempts at social distancing once inside; my appointment started late: I was juggled between two staff members for help with frames; and now have glasses I do not like. (My own fault. But won’t make that mistake again.)
