Superb and caring physician
My experience with Dr. GIll and his entire team has been phenomenal. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in early December, at which point I sought to find a neurosurgeon whom I could trust to lead my treatment. I wanted someone who I felt could take charge, communicate clearly and openly with me, and whom I could trust to guide me through this extremely critical process. After meeting with neurosurgeons at three different centers of excellence in NYC, I chose Dr. Gill. Here I am, a month later, having completed a high risk but successful surgery and about to begin the oncology treatment phase. I could not be happier with my selection. From the start he has been very candid about my condition, while also being compassionate. He has worked closely with my other doctor, both within and outside Columbia, to make sure that all of my health issues were being addressed. In short, Dr. Gill is a superb physician working in an excellent hospital surrounded by wonderful support staff.
