I was referred to the ER by the nurse practitioner at the Urgent Care. She was concerned about the ulcer on my right ankle due to my sickle cell anemia. The ulcer is causing a tremendous amount of pain. Brian Gallagher from the start of the visit was very brash and rude to me and my wife. As soon as he came in to visit with us he stated that he was going to give me some items to go home with which means he had no intentions of giving me treatment. It was a very unpleasant experience.
