This therapist misspelled my name in a supposed sincere letter and dismissed all the greif i expressed at the lack of contact with my son. My two cents: a self-reflective therapist is optimal, as is one with a high level of emotional intelligence. That said, it is also about having a good fit with the individual therapist and their niche. Very disappointed with this fit.
