He didn’t even try
I never do this, but I was disappointed with the way my child’s hearing test was conducted. No effort. Just went straight to suggesting we reschedule and sedate next time. I tried to ask questions to get the most out of the appointment and he couldn’t answer any of them. I rearranged my entire week and drove a long way just to be told I have to come back because my child was receptive, but what child is? Waste of time and money. The hearing test room was weird and smelt like urine. When I was told to go to the front to reschedule, the next available appointment was 4.5 months out. I won’t be coming back.

He was great with my son making him feeling comfortable and able to quickly get him to cooperate. Definitely recommend
