He doesn’t send the report.

After her evaluation we received an oral summary of my daughter’s diagnosis. Since then (months ago), I have repeatedly called and sent emails with the results being the same. He thanks me for my patience and promises to send a note to my daughter’s pediatrician which would allow the pediatrician to prescribe medication. He has never sent anything. Also he keeps referring to sending a note to her pediatrician vs the report. Does he send notes to other offices in order to avoid writing the report which I would think is time consuming? My next move is contacting the attorney generals office. I don’t know what else to do??

9 months and still no report nor response

My daughter hasn't been able to sign up for college classes due to us never receiving her written evaluation and education modification paperwork from her evaluation back in the beginning of June 2024. We had to pay full amount upfront and cannot even get a return phone call nor email. I have called and left numerous messages and emailed with no response at all. Now we have to find, wait for appointment and pay another office which delays her starting college even longer.

Months of no response or delivery of evaluation.

Highly recommended. Completed all forms prior to testing. Process was insightful. Follow up meeting, explained results but only offered far outdated or useless resources. Promised to send completed evaluation multiple times over 5 monthsl Still no evaluation which has delayed treatment and undervalued his expertise. Complete lack of empathy for patients he is treating.
