Brett Castle seemed at first to be a fine marriage counselor. He is very engaging and smart. But he is also unethical. After 4 sessions he passive-aggressively ended his counseling relationship with us though we were far from finished. He basically washed his hands of us telling us to work on the things he’d given us while making himself unavailable thereafter. I believe this to be unethical. The paying patient should have some input into the decision to sever the counseling relationship
