I've been seening doctor Brenda Thomas for 2 1/2 yrs. I was referred by a friend who seen doctor Thomas because her doctor wasn't available. I was kind of leery because i've had bad experiences with other doctors, but i decided to see her and i have been seeing her since. Also my husband is seeing her now. Ms Brenda Thomas is very good @ what she does, she listens, she's uderstanding, she's caring and she is more then just a PA, she's my doctor. Thank you B.T, I would recommend her to anyone !

Brenda has no bedside manner she never smile, The three times I took my client to see her. She never pulled out a telescope. She rushed to get out the room. She was not thorough. I would never recommend her to an enemy if I had one. It seems she doesn't like her job

I had an allergic reaction and had to see her bc my doctor was busy. The appointment consisted of her googling pictures of rashes for 10 minutes... Not exactly confidence boosting.
Had to see her a 2nd time for a different illness. When my condition hadn't improved, I called to see if I needed to come in for a follow-up but I couldn't get anybody to call me back.
She was the final straw for me giving up on this practice.

I have been dealing with doctors and surgeons,
since a teenager. I have met a few
That lack great people skills. But NEVER in my 58 yrs. Have I experienced such a rude, cold and uncompassionate doctor. I had the unfortunate experiance of seeing her twice, because my doctor was out, and both times she never once made eye contact with me. She just typed away on her tablet and might as well had been on Facebook. I told t office manager I would nit be back and how upset I was by her behavior .
