Dr. Brenda Roche, PHD

Dr. Roche is not only an intuitive doctor, she cares about you and your mental well-being. She has worked with me for years on my issues. Her clinical field is somewhat specialized for our region and she is the best at what she does. I cannot thank her enough for her time and attention to my issues and wish anyone that needs her services has the chance to engage with this wonderful person!

Dr. Roche was nothing short of amazing from start to finish in completing my child's assessment. She was professional, kind and patient with all of my questions and concerns. She gave me great insights on how to help my neurodivergent child navigate life. I would hands down recommend Dr. Roche if you're considering a neuropsych assessment for your kiddo.

Dr. Roche has done several Neuro Psych reports for me on my boys. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain everything on a level I understood. Even years after was willing to help me with school IEP meetings. She truly cares about her clients and their families.

Dr. Roche did the neuro evaluation for my daughter and was so patient and thorough with her limitations. The evaluation contained information that was so helpful to us and to getting the appropriate programs and therapies for our girl. Highly recommend.

Poor experience. I have spoken with Dr. Roche on only one occasion and that was when Dr. Roche was trying to get my permission for an assessment of my son. I was excluded from my son's assessment in that I was assured both biological parents would be interviewed and in fact, that was the one prerequisite for obtaining permission from me for the assessment. The promise Dr. Roche made to me was a lie. The assessment was done and multiple interviews were done except for me, the biological father, with whom the child lives 50% of the time. I have tried to get in touch with Dr. Roche for over a month after the report came out and I have been ignored. For multiple reasons I believe Dr. Roche's conduct has been unprofessional and I plan to file a complaint with the Montana Board of Mental Health.

You can be a great person and doctor but there is more. So glad I gave her 1000$ with 0 report to show for it. Has been 8 months now and still waiting. She has yet to return a phone call what a joke. Thank you for wasting our time and my son's health we are no closer to helping him before school starts. God Bless you.

Dr. Roche is hands down the most thorough pediatric neuropsychologist in our area. She is passionate about mental health care and has a genuine interest in the well-being of her kiddo-clients. Her analysis of our child was spot on & her approach to treatment was effective. I loved that if I had questions, she took time to explain things to me. I also liked that if I disagreed or questioned something she said, she was open to listening to my views. The brain is not easy to understand. There’s no clear cut, defined answer with a lot of the issues she sees. So I appreciated that she treated my husband and I as if our input and observations were just as important during the diagnostic period as her tests. She truly looks at the big picture & has the whole family’s wellbeing in mind while seeking answers for the child patient. She goes above and beyond the call of duty every time She’s a wonderful human being and provider.

Condescending and rude! Do not push your beliefs on others! She is not someone who should be working with people with mental illness
