Impossible to reach a live person to answer questions or for urgent matters. Must always leave voicemail. No emergency backup. Long wait in waiting room which is always crowded. Double books appointments.

Wish I had believed the reviews, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Does not follow up with client concerns re:medication side effects, goes outside her scope of practice, forgets (literally) which medications she prescribes you +doesn't respect questions (dismisses and/or mocks them and talks down to you). Cancels appointments and is just generally unreliable. No one to cover her when she is out. Waiting area is filled beyond capacity and receptionists bellow your name!
