If you have an issue, all the requests for appointments go through the nurse who then determines if it is worthy of being seen by the provider or whether she will even review it with the provider. I called multiple times over the course of months on an issue that was becoming more and more urgent and eventually had to see another provider because I was getting put off. I was disappointed because I thought we had a good rapport and I trusted her. Please don't ever hesitate to see a different provider when your issues are devalued or neglected. When it comes to gynecologic care, or really any care, the results can be devastating.
