Rude and unprofessional
I seen this provider at a walk in clinic in Bettendorf. Unfortunately she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When a provider scoldes you for coming in for care, maybe they should re-evaluate why they are a provider to begin with. She refused to treat me for what I was being seen for even though I had underlying health conditions that warranted treatment. (Later confirmed by another visit to a different urgent care and my primary who I followed up with). Not to mention, looking back at her notes in mychart, she contradicts herself many times on important things about the actual visit. I do not recommend this provider at all.
