Bradley Stenberg, MFCC

I recently sought the services of Brad Stenberg and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From our initial conversation, Brad informed me that he took Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I sent him a picture of my insurance card and he reassured me again that he took my plan. Thinking we were good to go, my husband and I had two sessions with him. However, after our sessions, I noticed that both of my claims on Anthem were denied.I initially assumed it was a mistake on Anthem's behalf, but boy oh boy I was wrong. I called Anthem and they informed me that Brad Stenberg does not participate with Anthem and is not listed in their directory. I spoke to FIVE different representatives on numerous occasions and they all gave me the exact same answer- Brad Stenberg is not in network with Anthem.
