After using Dr. Packer for a number of years as our Optometrist, we won't be back. His smart remarks, lousy attitude and lack of Professionalism have taken their toll. We have lost faith in his ability. We will go elsewhere for our eye care needs.

I was in town for a conference and developed a very painful eye infection. I called Dr. Packer's office at 1:30 PM, got an appointment for 2:20 that same day and was back in the hotel with my prescription in hand before 4 PM. Simply amazing and my pain was greatly reduced by the next morning. Thank you Dr. Packer!!!!!
