Bradford was rude, condescending and ill prepared to speak about medical conditions and treatment with family members. He answered his cell phone while I was speaking to him. He appeared to have no concern about the well being of the patient or the family members. When we asked questions he seemed irritated and blew us off. He walked out of the room while we were still attempting to ask questions.
