Well Intentioned but frustrating
Bo is a man who means well and is most definitely a mental health professional. With that being said, he proved to be aggravating for me to work with. He had a single style of working with me when I was in the program, which revolved around the SMART goals system and not much else. I don’t take to the system well, and it was made all the more difficult by Bo’s tunnel vision for what constituted as an actual goal. I actually had a friend in the same group as me quit from her being insulted by his seeming dismissiveness of a goal she felt was dear to her. But as stated previously, Bo is passionate about his work and will do his best when working with you. Just know that he’s not for everyone.
