Dr. Tarr and his staff were beyond excellent. I was able to make appts online. Quick and convenient. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr Tarr was very precise, thorough and kind. He has the best bedside manners! When my glasses arrived, within the time frame they gave me, it was spot on! I am highly recommending him! Wonderful experience!

We used to use Walmart Vision but after witness unprofessionalism by the receptionists we decided to go elsewhere. We are so thankful for Tarr Vision in Newport. They are very welcoming, from reception to Dr. Tarr. Looking forward future visits!

I took my 12 year old foster child who was very worried. From the moment that we walked in the door we was made to feel welcome and his fears were eased. Everyone was extremely nice, the office was so clean, and Dr. Tarr spoke directly to Austin which made him so comfortable.
