What a terrible experience! He listened to me for about 45 seconds, glanced fleetingly at my MRI images, and then basically told me — without any examination — that I was wasting his time. I was left with the impression that it made him actually angry to see a patient who didn’t need immediate surgery. Since this is the guy Polyclinic doctors automatically refer you to see for joint issues, the “don’t bug me until you will be bringing in lots of insurance money” attitude equals no treatment.

Went to see Blaine after my surgery. Was still in significant pain after 10 weeks and was wondering why. I asked him when I can expect to feel better and he told me that I was way behind where I should be and that he had no idea when or even if I would improve. He said I could have to face the harsh reality that my surgery failed. He also made sure to tell me that I didn't need pain meds (I didn't ask him) and that I need to cont. PT. I cried in the bathroom before heading to my car.

Went in with fractured ankle. Blaine was very personable, hands on and took the time to explain the situation. Would definitely recommend and go back myself.
