Does Not Return Calls
Initial visit was pretty good. However, she prescribed an eye drop for my corneal edema that resulted in bloodshot red eyes, mild pain and extreme irritation, feeling like I had grit in my eyes. Naturally I was very, concerned since your eyes are the most delicate and sensitive parts of the body. I stopped using the eye drops and called her office immediately. I explained my problem to the receptionist and was assured she would return my call as soon as she arrived. 3 phone calls later and she did not have the decency, concern or professionalism to call me back, or have anyone call me on her behalf. Absolutely no excuse for such behavior from a doctor.
