Bianca Goo, PA-C

The PA came into the room 45 minutes late, & extremely aggressive. She started by yelling off a list of my medical conditions, using the word "supposedly" when referring to them. In the same manner, she asked me why I hadn't gotten a MRI done & when I went to explain she said "I don't need your damn excuses!" Shocked, I reply that it was apparent we were getting off on the wrong foot & should try to start again without her yelling or berating me. She grabs her mouse begins to slam it on the counter in unison to what she then states which was "I don't need you to like me and I don't care if you do like me!" I reply that I never said I did not like her, only that we should start again considering I had never met her and she appeared to be upset. She then tells me that she is going to refill my medications my primary neurologist gives me and to "get the hell out of [her] my office!" Then slams the door in my face. She is extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Bianca Goo for several years and I just wanted to let you know that she always been courteous, knowledge and caring in her dealing with me. Since the Coronavirus she has made situations to help me through SKYPE showing again that I am not just as patient but also a person. Thank you,
