I saw Bianca because I wanted to switch to a birth control that did not tank my mood as a side effect. She said let's try one and if it worsens, we can always try something else. I gave it some time, but my side effects became much worse on the one she prescribed. I messaged her telling her this and that I was ready to try something else. She didn't respond for TWO WEEKS. I messaged again. She finally messaged back asking if it had made things worse, which I had already said in my initial message. I repeated that. She never messaged me again. I called because I was near the end of my pill pack and would need something else shortly to prevent pregnacy. A nurse answered and said she was there but not available and 'hopefully' would get back to my message in time. She never did. This doctor failed me as a patient and it resulted in a lapse in medication/birth control for me! Inexcusable!
