Horrible bedside manner
I had a horrible experience with Besty. She manipulating and a bully. She has no bedside manner or regard for patients and how they feel.. very impatient and disregarding. She never explained the procedure and caused me a lot of pain because she was so ruff with me! she didn't even have consent to perform the procedure! I wish, I never would have went there for care.. BEWARE OF BETSY S.
