Front desk staff very friendly, but doctor and a couple members of her staff were abrupt and unprofessional. Doctor made some incorrect assumptions instead of reviewing chart -- seemed to be what drove her and her staff's impatience and condescending responses. Whatever the case, it was a disappointing experience and one I'm not eager to repeat so I'll be looking for a new provider.

I was satisfied with Dr. McDowell, but not with her office. I wanted a second opinion on a medical condition, and asked her office to schedule my next visit with one of the opthamologists in the office instead of an optometrist. The scheduler said she could not do that without first me asking for permission from Dr. McDowell. I felt this was out of line, and chose a different provider.
