Betsy has been amazing addressing my son's medical conditions and manages his medication so effectively, allowing my son to live his best life! I am forever grateful for Betsy!

I was referred to Betsy for counseling to help my child cope with anxiety. I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment time. Well we waited back in the room 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment. When she did come in she said we wouldn’t get the full hour because she had to leave for something for her daughter. The second appointment she was 45 minutes late. When she came in the room, I asked if she was going to be late for every appointment and she said, “I’m never going to be on time, so I don’t know what to tell you.” The patient before us needed more time and she said she wasn’t going to deny them time, but she had no concern for my time. When I talked to the office manager she apologized but after talking to Betsy she didn’t seem to care. They instead offered a time that doesn’t work for my schedule and said that it’s the time that she comes back from lunch and will be on time most likely. According to them, I was the only one having time issues and was treated like a bother. Why do all the other patients matter, but we don’t. Your a Christ based practice, but don’t follow suite. Jesus left the 99 to help the one. Well I’m the “one” and their just letting me go and don’t care.

I absolutely love Betsy!! I've taken my little one to see several pediatricians (all physicians) and she's the only one who I truly felt took the time to listen. She is incredibly gentle with my daughter and extremely knowledgeable. I feel blessed to be able to utilize her as my child's healthcare provider!
