She is a very through audiologist. She took a slow and complete ear exam for me with a very reasonable charge. If you want a complete ear exam, she is the best.

Dr. Walden is very caring and takes the time to test carefully and then explain the results. Unfortunately, she was unable to recommend any way of making up for my particular type of hearing loss. I do not fault her for that. The star reduction for her services relates solely to her choice of office staff who repeatedly failed to bill my insurance correctly and though my insurance company gave her specific instructions how to do so she still refused to supply the needed information required for Dr. Walden to be reimbursed for my office visit. Instead of correcting her mistakes this office staff proceeded to harass me by phone me every week demanding payment. The insurance company (BC/BS) told me not to pay, insisting that the staff just needed to submit the bill properly. I spent many stressful hours on the phone. Though Dr. Walden’s staff eventually corrected her mistakes so the bill could be paid, I cannot recommend this office due to the harassment I underwent.
