Bethany Smith

Bethany became my audiologist in 2022. She is professional and friendly. She was prompt for my initial visit for a hearing aid cleaning and has been for each one. During subsequent visits she tweaked my hearing aid settings. Eventually we determined that I needed new Hearing Aids. She retested my hearing to help decide the best hearing aids to address my needs. It was obvious that she is familiar with all the major manufacturers and their products. While assuring me that the final decision was mine, she made recommendations with the first being one that was not the most expensive hearing aid. That impressed me. We settled on one after she spelled out the pros and cons of several products. She made sure that I was familiar with its settings and how to use its app. Bethany is my fourth audiologist and I am very happy with her and hope that she will remain in that role for years to come.
