When my child came out to us as transgender we were referred to Bethany. My child connected with Bethany right away. She is attentive and caring and we've seen a shift in our kid's confidence since starting therapy. Not only has Bethany been a great support for her, but she has helped me as a parent to work through my own process with my kid being transgender and connected me to parent support groups. I continuously refer other families to her and recommend her.

Not a good advocate for my child
My child was a client. Bethany would offer to help in various ways and rarely followed through even when asked again. She said she would communicate my child's needs to the other parent and then backed out. She seems nice, which is great, but that's not enough to be a good therapist. She let my child and family down.
