My visits with Bethany were some of the most disappointing medical experiences I've ever had. She was unaware of cultural foods like Tofu Pad See Ew and insisted on calling it "bar food." She thought Kefir and drinkable yogurt were both interchangeable with milkshakes.
My disappointment was rounded out when she set a daily step goal that was lower than my current daily step average; she was a bad listener.
I strongly advise against this dietician.
