Beth Is an outstanding therapist and has helped me deal with my "stuff" with compassion yet being forthright with me. We work together and after each session I feel like I have accomplished one more step towards my goal and leave the office feeling better about myself with a purpose . Smart, insightful, empathetic. I have made huge progress in the 18 months I have worked with Beth and feel so very lucky she was recommended to me. Beth has given me my "real" life back. The best.

Beth has helped me more than any previous LMHC has in the past, and unfortunately, due to my health plan, I won't be able to continue seeing her, but would recommend her to anyone who has any issues they need help dealing with or if you are struggling with making a change. She is patient and understanding but also truthful and holds you accountable, which is important. I would recommend her for people who may struggling with issues ranging from addiction to someone who needs a "life coach."
