High pressure salesman.
Beth called me by my nickname to start and I asked if she could use my name and she then asked if I was having a bad day and her demeanor changed...she told me my network insurance was lousy and that she would not use it even though she's a listed provider. I came for a hearing test and did not receive one. She wasted my time and was insulting. Don't let her waste your time.
